The present report details the conclusions obtained from the review of current quality control procedures (QCP) carried out in PV plants and for each of its main elements, as well as from common the best of the industry.

This document contains several analyses in relation to the possible technical constraints that affects the spread of PV installation. The analyses are mainly based on the state-of-the-art, available national studies and experience of the project partners.

This report provides an analysis of economical and legal constraints for the optimal profitability of solar PV systems. These restrictions are for instance measures preventing PV systems from participating in electricity markets, leading to a lack of business models applicable to solar PV, with or without storage. These barriers have been inventoried and characterized for the Member States analysed (i.e. Austria, Belgium, France, Germany, Italy, Poland, the Netherlands, Slovakia and Spain).

The target of this report is to provide on one hand background information about data sharing and data governance to then present an inventory of legal aspects related to data distribution and use of software tools relevant for the sharing of data in the PV sector.

This document contains the information of following items: a) visual identity of the project (logotype); b) Word template to be used in each report that has to be delivered to the commission during this project c) PowerPoint template to be used in all project related presentations (project internal meetings, review meetings with the PO, external presentations to stakeholders, etc…).

This document describes the dissemination and communication strategies and tools that will be implemented mainly until a new plan will be released. It also describes the target groups and the communication tools addressed, outlining the key planned actions and events. It contains the main strategic and operative guide governing the overall project dissemination and communication activities. These guidelines help to ensure that relevant information is shared with appropriate audiences on a timely basis by the most effective means.

This second version of the dissemination and communication plan (Interim Communication & Dissemination plan - D9.3) describes the D&C strategies and tools that will be implemented mainly until the month 36 (period M18-M36) when the final plan will be released. It describes the target groups and the communication tools addressed, outlining the key planned actions and events. It contains the main strategic and operative guide governing the overall project dissemination and communication activities.
